1. Scope
These terms apply to all proposals and agreements of OTASORA MOBILITY for the delivery of vehicles by a driver. Deviations are only valid when agreed in writing.
2. Requests and proposals
A request through this website is not yet a booking. Based on your request we send a proposal, which is based on the information you provide. An agreement is formed once you accept the proposal and we confirm the delivery in writing.
3. Your responsibilities
- The vehicle is roadworthy, registered and insured for use on public roads in every country on the route, unless agreed otherwise.
- You provide the keys, the required documents and accurate information about the vehicle, including known defects.
- Personal belongings are removed from the vehicle unless agreed otherwise.
- The vehicle is available at the agreed address and time.
4. Collection and delivery
The condition of the vehicle is recorded together with you or your contact at collection and at handover. Agreed times are planned with care, but may be affected by traffic, weather, border controls or other circumstances beyond our control. We will inform you as soon as possible of any change.
5. Prices and payment
Prices and payment terms are stated in the proposal. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in euros.
6. Cancellation
The cancellation terms that apply to your delivery are stated in the proposal.
7. Liability
The extent of our liability is set out in the proposal and these terms. We are not liable for damage resulting from defects that existed before collection or from inaccurate information provided to us.

9. Applicable law
The law of the country in which OTASORA MOBILITY is established applies to all agreements.
